The candidate must have a professional demeanor, be organized, and have strong communication and secretarial skills.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft WORD, Outlook and Excel.
Preference will be given to applicants with law firm experience.
Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to Estate Planning Attorney.
Handle communication with clients via phone and email.
Meet with clients to handle intake of potential clients.
Locate and develop case relevant information.
Type basic legal documents and correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Must be able to juggle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, maintain contact lists and work under pressure.
