25 an hour A tobacco processing facility in Nashville, North Carolina is seeking to fill the hourly, seasonal position of Operations Area Assistant.
In addition to requirements below, the successful candidate for this position would be described as self-motivated, perceptive, and attentive to detail.
This position is 1st shift; 6:
00am-2:
00pm; must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High School Diploma, or equivalent combination in training and experience Maintain confidentiality Effective analytical, planning and organizational skills PC experience, including Microsoft applications Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service Adapt to frequent changes in climate, environment, workload and schedules, including Saturday and Sunday work when required 30-day competency evaluation period Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Adhere to and enforce company policies, safety procedures and good housekeeping practices Monitor security systems Manage switchboard on as need basis Control access to the facility and grounds Maintain documentation of all visitors and vendors Greet all visitors in a courteous manner Provide perimeter and internal security checks Issue access badges and access keys Coordinate and maintain locker assignments Record keeping as required Other duties may be assigned Physical Demands:
